Once the shirts are collected and sent off, share the results and the environmental impact with your team and stakeholders.

At our annual retreat this year in Denver, we decided to do something impactful. We invited everyone to bring five shirts to the event to donate as part of our first-ever Marine Layer Clothing Drive. The response was overwhelming—we collected 250 shirts, all of which were sent to Marine Layer to be upcycled into new garments through their innovative Re-Spun Program.
