10 Brands That Give Back

Fill It Forward

At Fill it Forward, their mission is to inspire the world to reuse. Each time you reuse their products, they give back. Every bottle, cup, and bag comes with a QR Code printed on the side. Scan it every time you reuse. Every scan unlocks a $0.02 – $10.00 donation, which is funded by product sales and corporate partnerships. Our community has donated over $1 million to trusted charitable partners that receive funding specializing in developing clean water infrastructure, nutritious food programs, and reforestation projects that help communities in need. At Fill it Forward, they believe choosing to reuse is a simple act of generosity that shows love for our planet and the people on it.

The founder of Sackcloth + Ashes was inspired to help the homeless community when his found herself living on the streets in 2013. Inspired by her story, he started to call homeless shelters in his area to ask what they needed – they all said blankets. That’s when he founded Sackcloth & Ashes, a mission-driven company that donated a blanket to a homeless shelter for each one purchased. Their mission is to donate 1 million blankets to homeless shelters by 2024.

Innovation is not slowing down. New products are introduced everyday. Meanwhile, the lifespan of your electronics is getting shorter, and waste continues to pile up. Nimble believes it’s their obligation to counter this reality anyway they can. Each day, they divert waste from nature by making all products and packaging with repurposed material & recycling old electronics and cases through our nationwide programs.  This mission has inspired Niumblr to include a biodegradable bag with every product sold. Use it to recycle all your old tech for free, and help close the loop on electronic waste.

RiPL creates premium merch that sets off a massive ripple effect of positive change. Our oceans are being choked by plastic. So every RIPL bottle funds a full day of employment for a local in Bali to collect plastic from beaches, lifting them out of poverty. 1 bottle = 1 day of employment. Deforestation is the greatest threat facing wildlife. So with the profit from every RIPL notebook, we buy and protect 1000 sq ft of rainforest in Brazil, saving it from deforestation and protecting the endangered species that call it home. The cover is made from up-cycled ocean plastic.
