THE CHALLENGE

Our client was tasked with planning out the gift bags for their annual conference which was set to take place in Austin. While they had created successful gift bags in the past, they wanted to take it up a notch and create something to leave a lasting impression on the event attendees.

THE SOLUTION

Our in-house design team quickly converted flat designs to full tech packs for custom bathing suits, pool inflatables, a 26-panel parasol umbrella, and many more items. We utilized our network of factories, both domestic and overseas, to source, sample and deliver in time for the event, focusing both on retail merchandise, as well as staff apparel and branded event props.t

THE RESULTS

Though we were running the orders with less than half of the standard production timeline, we were able to deliver all of the custom manufactured items in full just in time for the event. Some of the goods sold so quickly that over the next few weeks we processed several reorders for the retail merchandise.
