Our team was tasked with creating a company swag bundle to excite and welcome our client's new US employees, even when being onboarded in a virtual environment. Although the new employees would be starting their new roles from the comfort of their homes, our customer wanted to ensure that they were still included in the company culture and received a proper welcome, and we happily went to work to find the best product options for them.
Our team presented five different kit suggestions, all with different themes, that included seasonal items and eco-friendly options and stayed within the client's budget for the project. Our design team provided all custom designs including custom packaging and artwork for each of the product options.
Upon approval, we moved forward with an embroidered Patagonia jacket, beanie with a custom woven pouch, set of three soft enamel lapel pins on custom backing, roll-up blanket, s'mores kit, stress putty, a tree planter kit, notecards and a full color mailer box.
Though we were running the orders with less than half of the standard production timeline, we were able to deliver all of the custom manufactured items in full just in time for the event. Some of the goods sold so quickly that over the next few weeks we processed several reorders for the retail merchandise.
