Liberty Crossfit based on Liberty Street, NY launched its gym in 2018. The owners were looking for a logo and various design elements that represented their tag line “Power. Sweat. Grit.”. We wanted to make a logo that appeared strong and modern but also incorporating an art deco feel with the Empire State Building. The gym also wanted to have a patriotic and NY state of mind feel to it as well. We achieved this by using a patriotic color palette as well as utilizing NY and a silhouette of NY state throughout their imagery.
