Our team was tasked with creating a company swag bundle to excite and welcome our client's new US employees, even when being onboarded in a virtual environment. Although the new employees would be starting their new roles from the comfort of their homes, our customer wanted to ensure that they were still included in the company culture and received a proper welcome, and we happily went to work to find the best product options for them.
When given the scope of the project and our client's artwork, our team took to the task of sourcing products that were playful and on brand, yet small enough to fit into an economical box. Our team sourced items including a Herschel backpack, socks, a journal and pen, glass water bottle, sticker sheet, playing cards, domino set, and a phone wallet - all useful for the day-to-day and compact enough to fit into a box.
Our design team created a fully custom box and provided all proofs for the client, making the creative process very seamless and easy. We produced all items and shipped them to a central fulfillment center, where the items were kitted together into the custom box with crinkle paper and a custom printed notecard, and individually drop shipped.
We were able to successfully produce, kit, and individually drop ship the new hire kits in a timely manner with little to no stress on our client. Our team managed all of the factories to produce the components of the box, the fulfillment center, all shipping logistics, and kept our client fully updated throughout the process with proofs, tracking and expected delivery dates.
As the company is growing, we also created a number of kits that we are storing and shipping out individually as new employees come on board.
