Our customer reached out to us looking to create an exclusive, retail-ready line of products for a pop-up shop for the launch of their Square Cash App that they would be hosting in downtown Manhattan in a collaboration with the comedians Desus & Mero. While they had their artwork ready, they needed advice on best decoration methods, the best apparel blanks, and a partner to facilitate production.
Through reviewing all of the artwork, our project management team worked through sourcing the appropriate blanks for each of the items that our customer wanted to produce, and also worked with our decorator partner to determine the best decoration methods. We utilized a wide variety of decoration methods including embroidery, foil imprints, screen printing and more, which were all sampled throughout the process to assess quality. The items all included retail finishes such as woven tags and hang tags, taking the quality to a higher level and more retail ready for sale.
We created a line of private label products including t-shirts, sweatshirts, socks, tote bags, hats and more which were sold at retail at our customer's pop-up shop. All items sold out and were a hit with customers because of their high quality appearance and feel. The attention to detail and retail finishings made a world of difference in perception of quality of the final product that was delivered.
